Squigs Pens a Family Portrait of Roger Rees, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio & the Cast of The Winslow Boy

Roundabout Theater Company is inviting Broadway audiences back to the Downton Abbey era with a rare Broadway revival of Terence Rattigan's The Winslow Boy. Set just before the outbreak of World War I and based on a true story, the play examines the lengths a British family will go in order to clear the name of their youngest son, who has been accused of stealing from another cadet at his military academy. Broadway.com resident artist Justin "Squigs" Robertson headed to the American Airlines Theatre to meet the Winslows and pen a portrait of (from left) Spencer Davis Milford, Henny Russell, Chandler Williams, Zachary Booth, Michael Cumpsty, Charlotte Parry, Alessandro Nivola, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio and Roger Rees. About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet. He was born and raised in Oregon, lived in Los Angeles for quite a long time and now calls New York City his home.
